After 20+ years helping organizations streamline operations through Oakwood Systems, Inc. and a career at Fidelity Investments, I saw the same pattern everywhere: small businesses and nonprofits were being left behind by the automation revolution. The tools existed. The expertise to deploy them didn’t — at least not at prices they could afford.

Oakling Systems is the deliberate evolution of that two-decade consulting legacy. My Master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern gave me the analytical foundation. My years in operational excellence gave me the diagnostic eye. And my deep specialization in n8n gives me the technical toolkit to turn insight into working automations.
